Supporting you in your self-care and caregiving journey.
I am here to help you, so you can better help yourself and those you are supporting.

About Me

Since 2013, I have worked as a clinical social worker, supporting adults, older adults and family caregivers through challenging life experiences.

I completed my Masters of Social Work degree from the University of Toronto with a specialization in gerontology. I have worked in geriatric psychiatry, adult day programs and memory clinics providing individual, family, and group counseling. Many of my clients are coping with the difficulties of aging or the challenges of supporting a family member or friend.

My areas of expertise include but are not limited to dementia care, other neurological disorders or general complexities of older age.

My Services

I help families navigate complex systems, plan for the future, and improve the quality of life for both the person they are caring for and themselves.

I take a client-centered approach by empowering families to understand their unique situations and make informed decisions to foster positive change.

Through solution-focused therapy and a strength-based approach, I collaborate with families to identify their strengths and implement practical solutions to combat the challenges they face.

I strive to create a safe, compassionate space for families to share their experiences throughout each step of their journey.
